Notice of Financial Responsibility and Payment Policy

 

This policy outlines the financial responsibilities of our customers and the terms governing cancellations and refunds. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. Please review the policy carefully to understand your obligations and rights regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. Service Cancellation Policy: 

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours may result in a $50 cancellation fee.Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule or change their service.

 
Tip Policy: 

Tips are permitted for non-medical treatments only. Guests may tip Estheticians, Spa Therapists, and Guest Experience Specialists. While tips for exceptional service are appreciated, they are never expected.

 
Package Policy: 

Packages are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Services are offered at a significantly discounted price when purchased as a package. Once purchased, services are non-refundable. However, unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package) might be applied to any other service at Lenoy Med Spa at the discretion of management to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience.

 
Subscription Policy: 

Subscription-based services will incur a recurring charge on your credit card.

 
Product Policy: 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns of products once they are sold.
