Notice of Financial Responsibility and Payment Policy

 

This policy outlines the financial responsibilities of our customers and the terms governing cancellations and refunds. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these conditions. Our goal is to ensure transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. Please review the policy carefully to understand your obligations and rights regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds. Accepted Payment Methods: 

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) and cash. Receipts will be made available to you for all payments.
 

Gratitudes: 

Tips are permitted for non-medical treatments only. Guests may tip Estheticians, Spa Therapists, and Guest Experience Specialists. While tips for exceptional service are appreciated, they are never expected.

 

Any free treatments or rewards have no cash value and cannot be credited towards another service. 

 

Appointment Policy
 
Cancellation: 

We understand that unexpected events may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

 

Canceling/rescheduling less than 24 hours prior to any appointment or consultation will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee of $50. 
 

Late Arrival: 

Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more past their appointment time may be asked to reschedule or change their service.
 

No Show: 

Not showing up to any appointment or consultation OR calling to cancel or reschedule at or after your appointment time will result in a non-refundable no-show/missing appointment fee of $50. 

 

Lenoy Medspa reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

Failure to adhere to this policy will result in forfeit of remaining treatments.  

 

 

Payment Policy

 

Treatment/ Package Payments:

We offer individual treatment as well as significantly discounted treatment package options and financing thru Care credit & Cherry so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget. 

 

Full Payment for individual treatments and packages is due at the time of service. All packages and pre-paid services must be paid in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Rendered Service:

Once a service has been provided to you, they are considered irrevocable. As a result, we are unable to issue refunds for any service that has been administered. Our clients must accept and understand these conditions in consenting to treatment.

 

Individual treatment/product Refund:

At  Lenoy Medspa, we offer goods and services that are irrevocable. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for any product or service that has rendered or dispensed. 
 

Package Refund:

We do not offer refunds on packages. Our staff customize each package to address your specific concerns. If your treatment needs change, we can exchange the unused portion of your package to be used as credit towards another package or products. 
 

Unrendered:

Unrendered and pre-paid services will always retain the original monetary value. However, the cost of treatments may vary over time and may not be equivalent to the current pricing. Unused Treatments of the package are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase EXCEPT for contracted services such as unlimited laser hair removal. 
 

Order Cancellations:

  • Prescription orders that are submitted online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled
  • Retail products purchased are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
  •  Prescription medications are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

 

Spa Etiquette:

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone when inside the spa in consideration of other patients. In order to provide safe and comfortable medical spa procedures, children and babies are not permitted in our treatment rooms. Children over the age of 7 may wait in the lobby of the spa. Children’s behavior and safety are the responsibility of the patient.
 

Service Satisfaction:

Aesthetic is not an exact science and treatments can vary in results, as responses differ between individuals. Payments are for the service itself, not guaranteed outcomes, though we aim for the best possible results.

 

Lenoy Medspa may update or modify this Returns and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
